Project Background: Medical institutions centered in West Japan provide wholesale and factory distribution of medical materials. In the logistics picking process, labor costs account for more than 60%. Simplifying and digitizing manual operations is one of the painpoints in rationalizing the entire businessand reducing costs. There is an urgent need to enhance the quality and accuracy of pharmaceutical picking operations.
Django plan: The robot independently plans the optimal operation path and quickly reaches the picking point, thereby improving the operation rate. The triple inspection operation of instructions, readers and operator visual inspection on the robot tablet can significantly improve the accuracy of picking.
