Project background: Diamond Head is a well-known footwear and clothing group in Tokyo.
Its product categories include clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, etc. Its e-commerce warehouse has an area of 6,000 square meters and a daily output of 8,000 pieces. Due to the long direct distance from point to point in the warehouse, order picking efficiency is slow.In order to cope with the increasing number of orders, Diamond Head required upgrades to warehouse operations to process orders in a more timely manner.
Django plan: DjangoRobotics provided customized warehouse upgrade services, deployed 30 AMR robots on site and put them into use immediately.
In addition, Diamond Head is connected to the Django RCS system that can operate multiple robots.It can check the running status of the robot at any time and manage scattered orders efficiently.
